URBICSA has joined an initiative led by the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB) to encourage the use of bicycles as a daily means of transport for commuting to work. This initiative involves the temporary provision of electric and conventional bicycles, allowing employees to use them as an alternative to private vehicles.

URBICSA, together with the ETHOS Chair of the Ramon Llull University, have created the ‘Guide to ethical leadership’, which details the principles and good practices that a good leader must follow in an organization and/or company. This document includes the ten essential values for responsible leadership.
