URBICSA is continuing its Professional Development Programme specialised in Building Maintenance by launching the 2nd edition of the Ramon Serra Scholarships. This initiative is aimed at supporting the labour market integration of young Vocational Training graduates and strengthening generational renewal in essential technical trades.

URBICSA has joined an initiative led by the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB) to encourage the use of bicycles as a daily means of transport for commuting to work. This initiative involves the temporary provision of electric and conventional bicycles, allowing employees to use them as an alternative to private vehicles.
