URBICSA welcomes young people hired through the new Professional Development Programme

URBICSA welcomes young people who will be part of the Professional Development Program (PDP) specialized in Building Maintenance. The recent graduates have started working in the facilities of the City of Justice complex, supervised by expert mentors.

URBICSA begins a new stage in its commitment to youth training and employability, with the incorporation of the first participants in the new Professional Development Program (PDP) specialized in Building Maintenance. This initiative is part of the first edition of the Ramon Serra In-Company Scholarships, designed to identify and enhance the talent of young recent graduates, offering them a job and training opportunity in a professional and quality environment.

The program already has the first three young people hired, who will be part of the URBICSA team during the next year. It is an intensive and enriching experience in all aspects, as it not only involves an annual employment contract with a salary, but also includes specialized training in building maintenance and preparation for job search in the future.

From the company, we would like to welcome Oriol Conesa, Sergio Melendo and Alonso Javier, students of the Barcelona School of Labour, who join our team to develop their professional careers in their respective areas of specialisation in Building Maintenance. They will be accompanied by senior mentors who are experts in Security and Fire Systems, on the one hand, and in Electricity, Air Conditioning and Energy Efficiency, on the other.

We also want to thank all the young people who have enrolled in the program, thus demonstrating their interest and commitment to this new project. Your trust is essential to continue betting on initiatives that contribute to giving more opportunities to the new generations.
