URBICSA consolidates, once again, its commitment to sustainability and responsible asset management, achieving a score of 98 out of 100 in the international GRESB 2025 assessment. This result reaffirms the company’s ongoing adherence to the highest standards of excellence and transparency in ESG matters (environmental, social, and governance).
The GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is the world’s leading benchmark for assessing the sustainability of infrastructure assets and real estate. This recognition confirms URBICSA’s solid management as a concessionaire company of a public-private collaboration model, as well as its constant commitment to continuous improvement and the creation of long-term sustainable value.
Among the most notable aspects of the assessment, URBICSA achieved excellent results in energy efficiency, waste management, health and safety of users and occupants, as well as in corporate governance and transparency. These achievements are the result of a comprehensive strategy that combines the implementation of advanced environmental policies, certification in international standards, and the implementation of climate risk and opportunity management plans.
Likewise, the entity maintains a solid structure of specialised committees in sustainability, circular economy, decarbonisation, risk, and ethical compliance, ensuring that all decisions are aligned with ESG objectives and international commitments.
With a clear and forward-looking vision, URBICSA continues to drive projects that reinforce its roadmap towards climate neutrality, including energy efficiency measures, resource optimisation, improvement of environmental comfort, and process digitalisation.
The company sincerely thanks the effort and dedication of the entire team and collaborators, whose involvement has made it possible to maintain a leading position. The results obtained in GRESB 2025 are a direct reflection of joint work and motivate us to continue leading with responsibility and ambition.
