GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is the world’s leading benchmark that assesses the sustainability of infrastructure and real estate assets. This recognition confirms URBICSA’s solid management as a concession company under a public-private partnership model, as well as its constant commitment to continuous improvement and long-term sustainable value creation.
Among the highlights of the assessment, URBICSA obtained outstanding results in energy efficiency, waste management, health and safety of users and occupants, as well as in corporate governance and transparency. These achievements are the result of a comprehensive strategy that combines the application of advanced environmental policies, certification in international standards, and the implementation of management plans for climate risks and opportunities.
